Canada has recently introduced stricter specifications
and testing protocols for limits within bulk spices, many of
which do not follow the same testing protocol as the US
regulators specify. Along with these stricter specifications
are labeling regulations requiring two different labels for US
and Canada due to differences in measuring nutritional
content.
In light of these extra tests and the
difficulty of consistently achieving the Canadian required
specifications, here in Canada, we will begin to see a
reduction in the variety of individual herbs and spices being
offered. Watkins will continue to offer Canadians our
All-Natural Gourmet Herbs & Spices in the tins; however,
as inventory runs out of these spices they will no longer be
available.

 Soaking tough stuck on foods prior to washing will help the food lift and rinse away easily.

- Running a fully loaded automatic dishwasher can save hundreds of gallons of water when compared to hand washing. Loading the dishwasher properly will save time and help conserve energy.
