Q:  Our Non Profit Organization has their own website, are they eligible for a Watkins Website and can they link to it from their organizational website?
A:  Absolutely, the organization can use text links or banners (provided by Watkins) to link from their own website and any other website that is supporting the Non Profit Organization.

Q:  What identification do Non Profit Organizations need to qualify for the free Watkins Website?
A:  US Non Profit Organizations will have a federal ID number/501-C3 classification and Canadian Charitable Organizations will have an RR classification number.  Canadian Non Profit Organizations do not and are not required to have a classification number.  US Non Profit Organizations wishing to place orders without incurring sales tax must fax or mail a copy of their tax exempt certificate to Watkins' Customer Service Department.

Q:  How are shipping and handling fees applied?
A:  Customers supporting the Non Profit Organization that order directly from Watkins will be charged the applicable S&H, as per this schedule, orders over $99.00 in the US and over $125.00 in Canada receive free S&H.

Q:  Should Non Profit Organizations accumulate and place orders for their supporters or should they instruct their supporters to order directly from Watkins?
A:  We recommend that Non Profit Organizations take advantage of Watkins' direct to the consumer shipping in order to maximize the time that volunteers can give to the fund raising efforts.  However, if the Organization chooses to accumulate orders (for example many small orders) into a single order, delivered to a central location it is welcome to do so.

Q:  Can a Non Profit Organization order and distribute Watkins Catalogues to its supporters?
A:  Yes, it may order and distribute any Watkins literature.  The Organization will have to cover the cost of the literature and it will be the Organization's responsibility to make sure that its Name, Watkins ID number and Website are stamped or printed onto every catalogue it distributes.

Q:  What if a Non Profit Organization's supporter is not completely satisfied with a product (s)he has purchased?
A:  Watkins has a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee that it will honour when the customer contacts Watkins Customer Service.
