  • Aloe Vera:  An excellent natural moisturizer; contains a synergistic balance of some 200 biologically-active compounds (such as enzymes) that scientists believe are responsible for its legendary healing qualities.

  • Beeswax:  Our food-grade Australian beeswax acts as a glove to help prevent chapping, cracking, and blisters; helps prevent reopening of any healing tissue.  Used at high level to help keep product from melting in heat.

  • Lanolin:  An emollient with moisturizing properties and high water-absorption capabilities.  Lanolin, a natural liquid wax from sheep's wool, has been found to form a network on the skin's surface.  The biochemical origin of lanolin and human skin oil is the same, making lanolin very skin-compatible.  By providing a moisture barrier that allows the skin to rehydrate from within, lanolin slows down the evaporation of the skin's natural moisture.  Recovery and preparation of lanolin involves no cruelty to the sheep.

  • Tocopherol Acetate (Vitamin E):  Soothes the skin; acts as an antioxidant for the skin, helping to prevent cell damage by free-radical molecules.

  • Emollients:  help retain natural moisture by preventing it from evaporating.
