Watkins "Dorm Life Care-Package" Checklist

Heading away to school can be both very exciting and a bit traumatic for young people.  As parents, we want to make sure that everything goes as smoothly and cost-effective as possible - for the entire family!  College or University "Dorm Life" means a whole new way of dealing with daily life - and here are a few ideas that we have come up with to ensure that the transition from home to school gets top grades from all concerned - leaving the "challenge" to be how to find TIME for homework between social engagements!! 

Health Care Essentials:

Settelz - Dorm food can never be anywhere near as good as the way Mom would prepare it!  This minty liquid settles an upset stomach and the pleasant wintergreen flavour leaves a refreshing taste in the mouth while the soothing ingredients coat the stomach to relieve indigestion.  Bonus - you will find that a bottle of Settelz will last approximately twice as long as the "other" pink liquid because less is required per dose!

Cough Medicine - (Canada) - This drug-free, non-habit-forming cough medicine is safe, free from side effects and recommended for both adults and children.  Some cough medicines work by suppressing coughs; ours uses a special herbal compound which functions as an expectorant to assist in the discharge of mucus.  By making coughs more productive, it alleviates congestion in the air passages and helps relieve "tickling" in the throat.  And with no side effects, your student will remain more productive, too - and they will enjoy the mild, licorice flavour!

Food Essentials:
